Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
A "consumer" within the meaning of this right of withdrawal is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you exercise this right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.
Return costs
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
How you can exercise your right of withdrawal
