Right of withdrawal

Cancellation policy for consumers

"Consumer" within the meaning of this cancellation policy is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Cancellation period

The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods.

Consequences of revocation

If you exercise this right of withdrawal, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Return costs

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (BladeofAnime, [support@bladeofanime.de], [Weinbergweg 1/1; 75223 Niefern-Öschelbronn], [+4917642044066]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail).

You may use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.
